21 Jun GTS Technology Solutions is Awarded Second City of Dallas Contract

June 21, 2016, Austin, Texas: GTS Technology Solutions (formerly Austin Ribbon & Computer), a Texas certified HUB, has been awarded a five-year contract to provide Deskside Support for City of Dallas employees. This is the second City of Dallas contract that GTS has been awarded in as many days.

With this contract, GTS will provide real-time support to City of Dallas employees. “If an employee submits an IT ticket for their laptop or desktop, GTS will have an expert in-house to fix the problem immediately,” explained Nathan Tart, Vice President of Services for GTS. “Because the issue will be resolved quickly, employees of the City of Dallas will experience less downtime and be more productive.”

GTS will have a team of IT professionals based at over 40 City of Dallas locations to assist 13,000 employees.
