A contract-to-hire consultant is typically on a GTS contract for 3-6 months and then may be hired by the client.

Account Executive

Danna Stedman has 20+ years of account management and recruiting experience — 17 of them in the technical arena in Austin. Danna has worked extensively in the search industry and provided private consulting for high-tech companies in need of highly specialized technical talent. Since 2006 she has been working with the state of Texas and public sector in search of contract technical staff. Danna has enjoyed the government space and has become sensitive to the special skill sets and proprietary technical knowledge that go along with it. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BS in Advertising. Danna began her career in staffing in Los Angeles, recruiting medical and legal experts and insurance professionals throughout the state of California.


Account Executive

Jenny is responsible for building relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and managing the long-term success of existing GTS clients. She works closely with technical recruiters to ensure that all customer requirements are met by providing the best talent for the position. Jenny has spent over 12 years building client relationships in sales and management. She graduated from The College of Charleston with a BA in communications. Jenny enjoys taking advantage of Austin’s live music scene and hiking with her dog, Rudy.

Tamara has a strong passion and commitment for helping others by connecting the right candidate to each customer. She takes great pride in making a positive impact within her organization and role, providing excellent customer service, and building lasting relationships. Tamara is a lifelong learner who loves meeting new people. With several years of full life cycle IT recruiting experience in both the public and private sector, she knows this is where she belongs. Outside of talent matchmaking, you’ll find her with her husband and wonderful son, enjoying Austin’s weird vibe, music scene, and Texas sunshine.
